American Airlines Discount Travel Agreement

A discount agreement has been completed and is valid January 12-19, 2010 for travel to Dallas, TX.

The Promotion Code you will need to give to your meeting attendees is 3210AN.  Please allow four business days for the code to be loaded for use on www.AA.com.  

Your attendees will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable eligible published air fare. 

To make a discount reservation, please advise attendees to call our Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to your Promotion Code.

There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change.  At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com.  The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.

For your International originating guests, they will need to call their local reservations number and refer to your Promotion Code (STARfile 3210AN).
