Coaches, Just a note to let everyone know that Oklahoma State has committed to participate in the Lone Star Duals. I now have the college field set and am just sending this email to confirm that all of you are still planbning on coming. I have heard recently from most of you, but we have a wait list so I am just making sure that the HS field is set as well. If any events have come up that have changed your plans, please let me know as soon as possible. Also, it is time to start booking rooms at the Hawthorn Suites. We have the website moved to the new server and will be getting all of the new information up so that we can handle most of your needs through the website. Please send him a contact number and email address for your booster club president and he can simplify the process for you as we ask for information nearing the event. This is the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. The Lone Star Duals website wil be posting all the information for the event. The Hilton Arlington will be the host hotel and both the Hilton and Hawthorn Suites will be offering special rates.
